Abstract
Data from medical histories and seroepidemiological surveys of blood donors offer good grounds for regarding viral hepatitis A in Belgium primarily as a childhood disease. The epidemiology of anti-HA has thoroughly altered over the last few decades, which correlates with radical socioeconomic changes and improved hygienic living conditions. The rate of HLA-antigens shows in general no different patterns in groups with or without a recognized history of HAV infections. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
