Abstract
Testosterone in large doses in intact cholesterol-fed cockerels partially inhibited hypercholesteremia, without effecting aorta or coronary atherosclerosis. Castration, with and without testosterone administration in young male and female chicks, was without influence on hypercholesteremia and atherogenesis. Keywords
