Abstract
Paludrine, in doses of 100 mg. daily, serves as an efficient prophylactic against a West African strain (Lagos, Nigeria) of P. falciparum for nonimmune individuals. Semi-immune individuals (natives) are protected by doses of 300 mg. administered weekly.Keywords
