Abstract
THE observation that androgens influenced the growth of the kidney (1, 2, cf 3) suggested that the growth of other portions of the urinarytract also might be influenced by androgens (4). Therefore, studies were conducted on the influence of androgens on the urinary bladder. Since the mouse is the most sensitive animal to the renotrophic effect of the androgens, this animal was chosen for this study. Keywords
