Der Wert der simultanen Angiotomographie für die Diagnostik von Hirngefäßaneurysmen

Abstract
Die Grenzen der Darstellungsmöglichkeiten von Aneurysmen der Hirnstrombahn mit Hilfe der Angiographie (Serienaufnahmetechnik und Angiokinematographie) werden aufgezeigt. Zur Beseitigung störender Überlagerungen wurden bisher Aufnahmen in verschiedenen Positionen, das stereoskopische Aufnahmeverfahren sowie die Subtraktionstechnik herangezogen. Weitere Möglichkeiten der röntgenologischen Analyse eines pathologischen Befundes ergeben sich durch die kombinierte Anwendung der Mehrschichttomographie und der Angiographie — der Angiotomographie — des Hirnschädels. Das Prinzip der Methode und die Untersuchungstechnik werden geschildert. An einem Beispiel wird der Wert des Verfahrens für die angiographische Diagnostik von Hirnarterienaneurysmen erläutert. Auf weitere Möglichkeiten der Anwendung der Angiotomographie des Hirnschädels wird hingewiesen. The scope of angiography (serial films and cine angiography) in the demonstration of cerebral aneurysms, is described. In an attempt to avoid superimposed shadows, a variety of positions has been used, as well as stereoscopic methods and subtraction techniques. Yet another method for the radiological demonstration of pathological conditions is the combined use of multi-section tomography and angiography — i.e. angio-tomography — of the skull. The principles and technique of the method are described. The value of this procedure is demonstrated in one patient with cerebral aneurysms. Further uses of angio-tomography of the skull are pointed out. Exposition des limites des possibilités d'illustration des anévrismes des artères cérébrales à l'aide de l'angiographie (technique des clichés en séries et angiocinématographie). Pour éviter des superpositions déroutantes il a été procédé jusqu'à maintenant à des radiographies sous diverses incidences, à des examens stéréoscopiques et à la techniques de la soustraction. D'autres posibilites s'offrent à l'analyse radiologique d'une lésion pathologique en utilisant la combinaison de la tomographie en multiples coupes et l'angiographie ou angiotomographie — du crane. Description du principe de cette méthode et de la technique de cet examen. Un exemple illustre la valeur de ce procédé pour le diagnostic angiographique des anévrismes des artères cérébrales. Les auteurs soulignent d'autres possibilités d'utilisation de l'angiotomographie cérébrale. Se presentan los límites de las posibilidades de representación de aneurismas en la circulación sanguínea del cerebro, con el auxilio de la angiografía (técnica de fotografías en serie y angio-cinematografía). Para eliminar superposiciones perturbadoras, se ha recurrido hasta ahora, a radiografías en distintas posiciones, al procedimiento fotoestereoscópico, así como a la técnica de sustracción. Combinando el empleo de la tomografía en varias capas con la angiografía — la angiotomografía — del cráneo, resultan ulteriores posibilidades del análisis radiológico de un síntoma patológico. Se describe el principio del método y la técnica de exploración. Se aclara con un ejemplo el valor del procedimiento para el diagnóstico angiográfico de aneurismas de las arterias del cerebro. Se indican otras posibilidades de la aplicación de la angiotomografía del cráneo.
