Abstract
Concentrated solutions of some neutral salts such as 4m MgCl2 and 4 m NaCl strongly stabilize anthocyanin anhydrobases as well as flavylium ions, and hence can effectively be used for extraction and quantitative determination of genuine anthocyanins.This publication has 1 reference indexed in Scilit:
