Abstract
Two sibs are reported with Walker‐Warburg syndrome including hydrocephalus, agyria, anterior chamber dysgenesis, and encephalocele. In addition, both had cleft lip and cleft palate and intrauterine growth retardation, findings not previously noted in this condition.Keywords
