Abstract
Ant. pituitary extracts which produce ketosis in fasting albino rats also cause a deposition of fat in the liver. Adrenalectomy abolishes the ketosis and also prevents the accumulation of fat in the liver. Removal of the adrenal glands also reduces the amount of fat which is deposited in the liver during fasting. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
