Abstract
A case of nevoxanthoendothelioma in a 58 yr old woman is reported. Nevoxanthoendothelioma in adults has been reported in 24 cases in the literature. If the age of the patient is considered, nosologic problems may arise, especially with the strictly cutaneous reticulohistiocytosis of Senear and Caro. Biological and ultrastructural features are used to develop some hypotheses on the pathogenesis of the disease. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
