Abstract
The binding of chloroquine to kwashiorkor and normal serum was investigated. The results show that more drug is bound in kwashiorkor serum, and that this occurs predominantly at the gamma globulin fraction. Therapeutically, in malnutrition there is no significant abnormality of protein binding with respect to chloroquine. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
