Abstract
This study assessed the demographic and psychometric characteristics that may be related to task performance, supervisory skills, personal skills and conduct during a period of relative isolation and confinement among Air Force personnel. A number of Cattell's 16 PF source traits and certain demographic factors predicted the effectiveness of work performance and conduct of these 64 RAF personnel under these conditions. Keywords
