Abstract
In a limited isotopic region, there have been found low-lying states in even-even nuclei of spin 1, odd parity. Other energy levels in the vicinity are the well characterized 0+, 2+, and 4+ states of the even-even nuclear type. The 1- states were identified through angular correlation measurements supported by internal conversion coefficient data.
