Analysis of Drugs in Pharmaceuticals, Using Simple Extractions and Semiautomated Gas-Liquid Chromatography

Abstract
A gas-liquid chromatographic method is presented for several drugs, using Dexsil 300 as the liquid phase and an automatic sample injector. Results by this method and the official or other applicable methods are compared. It is demonstrated that content uniformity analyses can be made by using this procedure. The extractions and chromatographic conditions have been standardized to make possible a successful interlaboratory study.
