Abstract
An investigation of the magnetoresistance of single crystals of n-type indium oxide has been made at room temperature. The general behavior of the magnetoresistance is consistent with constant energy surfaces in the conduction band corresponding to the ``warped-spherical'' model or with the ``many-valley'' model along the[111] and [110] axes of symmetry with a small anisotropy of the conduction band. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
