Abstract
Pediatric Annals | Herpes simplex virus (HSV) infections have been recognized since ancient Greek times. Prevention of human HSV disease by vaccines has been attempted for nearly two centuries without apparent success, especially during most of the 20th century. Indeed, the development of an efficacious HSV vaccine is very much needed. In the United States alone, more than 100 million individuals are infected byThis publication has 9 references indexed in Scilit:
