Abstract
20α-hydroxysteroid dehydrogenase was found in the supernatant after hemolysis of human erythrocytes, and the enzyme was isolated from the membrane-free hemolysate on a DEAE-cellulose column. The NADPH-generating system was essential for the reaction. This publication has 12 references indexed in Scilit:
