Abstract
Acquired cutaneous lymphangiomata are characterized clinically by the presence of a circumscribed eruption of thin-walled, translucent vesicles. However, epithelial changes and tissue organization may occasionally give rise to firmer nodules or even warty lesions. When these arise on the vulva, diagnostic difficulties may ensue. We report two patients in whom vulval lymphangiomata resulting from treatment for cervical neoplasia were mistaken for viral warts. Keywords
