On the Stability of Some Antipsoriatic Active Anthralin (Dithranol) Derivatives

Abstract
The in vitro and in vivo stability of the recently presented antipsoriatic active 10-acylanthralin derivatives is investigated. These compounds are in all probability not independent drugs, but are hydrolytically cleaved in the skin to their parent compound anthralin. The reaction products are detected by high performance liquid chromatography.
