Abstract
Rhenium, a c.p.h. metal, was irradiated to an exposure of 7 × 1018 nvt (E > Mev). Small black spots, visible by transmission electron microscopy, formed during the irradiation. Although the nature of the spots could not be determined, the spots are presumed to be clusters of interstitial atoms. Keywords
