Abstract
A silicone rubber impression technique, together with scanning electron microscopy, was used to study the surface detail of porokeratosis of Mibelli in 3 patients. The lesions are propagated by a bud-like spreading of the active edge. The keratotic rim is produced by the condensation of squamous cells from both within and without the lesion. Keywords
