Abstract
Bone scans of 35 patients were evaluated as to the quality and the number of bone lesions that could be detected at studies 2 h and 3 h after injection of 99mTc HDP [hydroymethylene diphosphonate]. Two hour bone scans are of high cosmetic and diagnostic quality and that all lesions present at 3 h scans are well visualized at 2 h. These features are among the major advantages of the use of 99mTc HDP over other diphosphonates. This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
