Abstract
The angular distribution of hadrons produced in deep-inelastic lepton-nucleon scattering is studied in perturbative quantum chromodynamics. Time-reversal-odd asymmetry in the distribution is calculated in the one-loop order where quark and gluon final-state interactions at short distances are taken into account. Qualitative features of the asymmetry expected in neutrino, antineutrino, and longitudinally polarized electron or muon scattering are studied. Observation of the asymmetry with the expected sign should provide clear evidence for the existence of the three-gluon coupling. Keywords
