Dynamical symmetry of the interacting boson model in light nuclei

Abstract
The dynamical symmetries of the extended interacting boson model of light nuclei are discussed. Seven possible group chains and the corresponding dynamical symmetries are obtained. An example of O(6) symmetry is given, including the even-even nucleus and odd-odd nucleus in a multiplet.
