Abstract
These protein-protein interactions are probably general for all mixtures of proteins extracted from keratins in which the disulphide linkages have been broken or modified. The conditions for these separations may vary from keratin to keratin because of different isoelectric points of the proteins which reflect different amino acid compositions. Keywords
