Abstract
A simple and practical apparatus is described for the measurement of oxygen consumption and carbon dioxide production at positive pressures up to seven atmospheres. It consists, essentially, of a series of capillary respirometers enclosed in a large Lucite compensation chamber capable of withstanding a positive pressure. The details of the construction and operation of the apparatus and the accuracy and range of application are considered. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
