Abstract
As nursing centers continue to open in academic settings, administrators are faced with personnel issues involving two primary groups of service providers: faculty and students. How administrators address these Issues will determine both the effectiveness and longevity of nursing centers. Through analysis of literature, research data, and one center's experiences, the author explores the difficulties and opportunities of personnel management in academic nurse-managed centers. Keywords
