Myocardial rhabdomyosarcoma in multiple neurofibromatosis

Abstract
A 43-year-old woman, later found to have a rhabdomyosarcoma of the heart complicating multiple neurofibromatosis, presented with cerebral and systemic emboli. This case was unique in the association of these two diseases and the discovery of a cardiac rhabdomyosarcoma as a source of cerebral emboli.
