Abstract
In cultures of normal human bone marrow in a medium of 20 per cent horse serum and balanced salt solution, estrone stimulated granulopoiesis; testosterone inhibited fibroblast formation markedly and stimulated erythropoiesis; prednisolone inhibited fibroblast formation completely and allowed continued differentiation of all blood elements in smaller numbers. This publication has 8 references indexed in Scilit:
