Abstract
A muscle spindle in the rat typically possesses 2 nuclear bag and 2 nuclear chain intrafusal muscle fibers, though occasionally a spindle with a lesser or higher fiber count is encountered. In this histochemical study it is reported that muscle spindles with 2 or more bag1 [according to Banks et al. 1975] fibers occur in the reinnervated rat musculus soleus. This publication has 0 references indexed in Scilit:
