Abstract
The cell wall composition of a wild strain and 3 mutant strains smooth colony of S. cerevisiae was studied. Differences were observed in the mannose/glucose ratio and in the concentration of some other components of the cell wall in the mutant strains. Smooth colonies, mutants and wild strains differ in their mannoproteins. This publication has 5 references indexed in Scilit:
