Abstract
A solvent system of formamide-methanol-glacial acetic acid has been found to be particularly useful in the separation of the geometrical isomers of di- and tripositive cobalt(III) amine complexes from each other. Best separations are obtained for the various aquo complexes, so that this method may be of value in the study of hydrolysis or solvolysis reactions of these complexes. Keywords
