Abstract
Transition form factors have been extracted from inclusive electron scattering data in the range 1 to 10 / for the Δ(1232) and second resonance, which is dominated by the (1535). The form factor for the second resonance appears to approach a dependence expected from leading-order perturbative QCD, while the form factor for the Δ(1232) decreases faster than , which would be expected when nonleading processes are dominant.
