Abstract
We report on a 56‐year‐old man who had two distinct and separate primary tumors of the bladder simultaneously: one mucin‐producing adenocarcinoma and the other a transitional cell carcinoma. Despite local extension of the adenocarcinoma beyond the bladder wall, surgical resection has resulted in a 6‐year recurrence‐free survival of the patient. Keywords
