Abstract
The ascocarpic stage of Hormodendrum pedrosoi. Among 16 strains isolated from cases of chromoblastomycosis, 4 developed ascocarps on Sabouraud''s agar or maize meal agar. The ascogenous stage is identified and described as a new sp., Microascus pedrosoi. It belongs among the Haerangiomycetes.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
