Abstract
Glandular cystic hyperplasia was produced in 3 of 6 castrated macaques treated with massive daily doses of estrogen, (2,500 and 5,000 r.u. per day) for a period of 3 mos. The cystic dilatation of the glands occurred in animals which had been subjected to biopsy by laparotomy 4 and 6 times prior to the initiation of the current expt. Animals which had been biopsied once or not at all did not have glandular cystic hyperplasia of the endometrium at the conclusion of the expt. This publication has 3 references indexed in Scilit:
