Abstract
The synthesis of some new β‐anilino‐ethylidene derivatives of heterocyclic cyclo‐ammonium salts is described. The new compounds bear nucleophilic or electrophilic substituents on the p‐position of the phenylamino group. The absorption spectra of the new derivatives are compared with those of the corresponding «parent‐compounds» of which they are the structural hybrids. The results are briefly commented.
