Abstract
The amylase activity of sera from 14 human subjects, as measured by Van Loon''s method, did not change significantly on a statistical basis when the sera were stored at 9-10[degree]C for 5 days. Similar results were found with dog sera. A few cases in which there were significant increases were noted but the mechanism of the increases is unknown. Keywords
