Abstract
An improved scanner for two-dimensional radiochromatograms has been designed. This scanner prints permanent facsimiles on electrosensitive paper in considerably less time than is required for conventional X-ray film autoradiography. The practical limit of detection is of the order of 35 c.p.m. above background for C14 although compact spots assaying as low as 20 c.p.m. can be readily detected visually on the facsimile. Keywords
