Abstract
Four large oligonucleotide fragments have been isolated from the alanine RNA after limited digestion with RNase T1. Determination of the structures of the fragments has established the following sequences in the alanine RNA pG-G-G-C-G-U-G-U-MeG-G-C[long dash]C-DiMeG-C(C,C,U) C-U-U-I-G-C[long dash]C-Mel- [PSI], -G-G-G-A-G-A-G-U[long dash]A-C-U-C- G-U-C-C-A-C-C-A.This publication has 2 references indexed in Scilit:
