Abstract
The first synthesis of optically active (S,S)-1,1-bis (p-tolylsulfinyl) ethene was accomplished via two routes, and its Diels-Alder reaction with cyclopentadiene afforded the corresponding cycloadducts diastereoselectively.Keywords
