Abstract
Mit einer Modifikation des Thrombozytenresistenztests nach Ulutin und Karaka konnte erstmalig eine Abartigkeit der Thrombozytenfunktion von Hämophilen und deren gerinnungsnormalen Müttern und Schwestern nachgewiesen werden. Mit Hilfe der Methode sind die Trägerinnen der rezessiven Vererbungsanlage zu identifizieren. A modification of the platelet fragility test reported by Ulutin and Karaka is described. It has made possible the demonstration of abnormal platelet function in haemophiliacs and their mothers and sisters who had otherwise normal clotting functions. Carriers of the recessive trait can thus be identified. El reconocimiento de conductoras hemofílicas con ayuda del test de resistencia osmótica de los trombocitos Con una modificación del test de resistencia trombocitaria según Ulutin y Karaka se pudo comprobar por vez primera una anomalía de la función trombocitaria de hemofílicas y de sus madres y hermanas con coagulación normal. Con ayuda del método se pueden identificar las portadores del idiotipo recesivo.
