Abstract
Few empirical studies have been conducted to systematically identify changes necessary in MBA education (Porter & McKibbin, 1988). This study was designed to fill this gap by researching prominent firms that hire MBA graduates. The results indicated that although firms are still hiring MBAs, improvements could be useful in the areas of leadership training, oral and written communication skills, and interpersonal skills. Keywords
