Abstract
Paraneoplastic acrokeratosis is a specific sign of cancer of the upper airway and upper digestive tract. The distinctive cutaneous changes include erythematous to plum-colored scaly acral lesions, paronychia, nail dysplasia, and keratoderma. (JAMA1982;248:2883-2884)Keywords
