Lifetimes of Excited States of ${\mathrm{V}}^{51}$, ${\mathrm{Ni}}^{61}$, ${\mathrm{Ga}}^{69}$, ${\mathrm{As}}^{75}$, ${\mathrm{Br}}^{79}$, ${\mathrm{Rb}}^{85}$, and ${\mathrm{Sb}}^{123}$

The lifetimes of states at low excitation in several odd-$A$ nuclei have been measured by a pulsed-beam technique. The results (in nsec) of the measurements for the levels at the excitation energies (in keV) listed in parentheses are $\left\{{\mathrm{V}}^{51}\mathrm{}\right(320), 0.28\pm 0.05;, {\mathrm{Ni}}^{61}\mathrm{}(67), 7.3\pm 0.3;, {\mathrm{Ga}}^{69}\mathrm{}(320), <0.1;\}\left\{{\mathrm{As}}^{75}\mathrm{}\right(199), 1.30\pm 0.25;, {\mathrm{As}}^{75}\mathrm{}(280), 0.43\pm 0.08;, {\mathrm{Br}}^{79}\mathrm{}(217), <0.2;\}\left\{{\mathrm{Rb}}^{35}\mathrm{}\right(150), 1.01\pm 0.10;, {\mathrm{Sb}}^{123}\mathrm{}(160), 0.82\pm \mathrm{0.10.}, \}$
