INTRANASAL COCAINE ABUSE IN AN ALLERGISTS OFFICE

Abstract
Fourteen adults complaining of persistent nasal congestion were found to be recreational cocaine users. All eventually admitted to intranasal drug snorting. None responded to routine nasal therapy.
