Über die Wirkung verschiedener Aminosäuren auf Hefepeptidase.

Abstract
Various amino acids were added to yeast extract and peptone solutions containing phosphate, and the increase in activity over controls without amino acid was noted. Tyrosine was the only amino acid which inhibited the digestion; all others tried were accelerators. Autolysis of the yeast itself increased its activity. d-leucine was a little better than l-leucine or the racemic mixture.
