Abstract
Variations in human serum phosphatases have been studied in a twin material comprising 89 monozygotic and 111 dizygotic twin pairs. Two different serum phosphatase patterns were found. The results show that these variations are under genetic control. The serum phosphatase groups are strongly associated with the AB0 blood groups.Keywords
