Abstract
The composition of a casein precipitated from whole cow casein solutions by diethylaminoethyl-dextran was studied with the aid of gel-electrophoresis. The insoluble casein-dextran complexes included predominantly .alpha.s-caseins. Complexing of whole casein with polycations may be used for separation of casein fractions. This publication has 4 references indexed in Scilit:
