Abstract
Susceptibility and specific-heat data for a low-molecular-weight polymer blend near its critical point of unmixing are compared with a match-point renormalization-group theory which describes the crossover from classical mean-field to fluctuation-dominated behavior near the critical temperature. Using the Flory-Huggins form of the bare free-energy density, the crossover function requires only two free parameters. Keywords
