Abstract
We encountered a case of a 21-year-old man who had developed acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL) shortly after the cessation of approximately six years' human growth hormone treatment for pituitary dwarfism. The patient had also been treated with thyroid preparations and methylandrostanolone, a kind of anabolic steroid. Factors relating to the onset of ALL in this case are discussed. Keywords
